Our trailer plans are written out with step by step instructions so you don't have to be an engineer to be able to understand them. We wanted to make plans available that were as clear as possible, easy to build and could be built at the lowest possible cost, with the end result being a nice well built trailer that the builder could take pride in when it is complete. And we believe we have done just that. Every trailer that we sell plans for has been built and road tested, and we took the time to try to ensure our instructions are detailed.
The 5' x 8' teardrop plans contain over 50 pages. Our car, utility/landscape and ATV trailer plans contain 30 - 40 pages depending on which plans you get. That should tell you a little about how much time went into each set of plans and instructions we sell. But with that said, we also know that after you receive your plans you still may have a question or two, and if you do we want you to contact us from the "Contact Us" page on our site and we will help you in any way that we can. You will get a much faster response if you use the "Contact Us" form on our website then if you send a direct email.
We want you to be successful with your trailer building project, because we know if you are successful we will be successful as well. Because once you have completed your trailer I can promise you there will be more than one person that will ask you where you got your trailer plans once they find out you built the trailer yourself. And I bet you know what we hope your going to say don't you? You better believe it, we are hoping you tell them that our plans are great and that they showed you how to save a ton of money with the suggestions we give you on materials to use. And if you did have a question, we want to make sure that you can also say that you got excellent customer service as well. But we know its our job to make you want to say those things when you are asked and that is why we go the extra mile. And we don't over price our plans, even though "we" believe that they are not only the best plans you will find online, but they are simply the best plans you will find anywhere. And all of our plans are available for instant download as soon as your paypal payment is completed!
For your added security and peace of mind, we use PayPal for all of our online payment processing. If you do not have a PayPal account, its very easy to sign up for an account and its free. We try to be very honest and give the best description we can for every set of plans. If you don't see the information your looking for on our FAQ page, then go to the "Contact Us" page on our website and send us a mesg. and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. Please allow us 48 hours to get back to you, as we get a lot of email and we try to give good customer service to every single one, so sometimes it may take us a bit to get to you, but I promise we will.
